@FortniteStatus Hi! When im in the lobby (lobby works perfectly fine) and i want to join the game, my whole pc freezes and nothing works, the only way is restarting my notebook manually. I verified files, switched graphics modes, deleted cache, everything... Please fix @FortniteStatus

@Pilly1599 @FortniteStatus have the same problem, i have tried all this too! i even unistalled epic games and fortnite and installed back again, nothing works. Lobby works perfectly fine but when im loading into game - 3d graphic is rendering ig, my whole pc freezes. @FortniteStatus

please fix the bug that is causing a lot of laptops to completely freeze when entering a match, it's been 3 days and it's not been addressed and yes, we have verified files of the game and updated drivers, it was right before winterfest update announcement!

my HP Pavilion laptop freezes when i try to connect in a match but works fine in the lobby. I've cleared the cache, updated drivers, verified file and tried all performance modes(directx11 and 12, both performance modes), but nothing helps. please fix it.
