@santanderukhelp the reality here is unless we get some real help very quickly you are going to make a family homeless as we will not be able to remortgage our house and I have no problem taking this to the press. π‘π‘π‘
@santanderukhelp Well tomorrow we are going into a branch to confirm his ID and I really hope that someone gets in contact as soon as possible. It breaks my heart seeing my partner so upset over this. We will await an email from this case handler but every day this goes on it affects his credit.
@santanderukhelp@santanderukhelp no one has ever gotten in contact with us. Itβs always us constantly calling to try and get to the bottom of this so I do find it hard to believe that Santander is putting someone who can actually make a difference in this case in touch with us.

@santanderukhelp I appreciate that you have just been made aware of this however Santander as a company have been aware of this for over two months. And itβs a shame that it had to take me messaging on Twitter to feel like somebody is listening within Santander.

@instagram my partners tribute account @maroonlive has been disabled and he cannot appeal. There are many tribute act accounts why has his been deleted. Also his fb too. How can we rectify this. Heβs not posting pictures of the artist only himself. Seems highly unfair! π
