It’s ok not to be ok. Now more than ever it’s important to speak out, reach out and help out.

As Ambassador for @aircadets I'm so proud of this wonderful young woman for wearing her uniform today. In normal times, cadets from all forces spend a lot of time selling poppies. They are hard working, vibrant, kind young people #LestWeForget pls send support to @AllyGordon10

Today is World Mental Health Day Sqn Ldr Lou Hall said: "Sometimes the circumstances we find ourselves in, or the environment around us, or just part of who we are, means at times we need support. It's okay to ask for help. We are #OneFamily."

[RAF Lossiemouth @RAFLossiemouth]

If you are overwhelmed with what is going on in your mind, reach out to someone.

Don't see yourself as a burden. You'll be surprised at how much support is around you.

It's okay not to be okay.
