Some of the money was restricted immediately because my friend had never done a transaction of this magnitude. His PayPal was locked, and because you are an experienced criminal, you knew they would release it. I didn't know it was all part of your long-term plan to scam me. PayPal deducted $98.1 as charges, and he received $1901. At the end, after receiving a total sum of N1,864,000, you called back the $2,000 and started claiming you were scammed. Good morning, Mr Chiedochie Victor Obidiaso. This is the same $2,000, which was sent to you via PayPal I provided. After I sent you the money in naira, the original sender disputed the transaction of which i informed you immediately, but you did nothing about it until PayPal reversed the payment in his favour, debiting my friend’s account of $2000. It has been over 1 week since this happened, and my friend keeps asking for a refund. But you keep giving me excuses. Either you're not home to talk or you're too busy to talk. I am simply requesting the return of the exact amount I sent you ₦1,864,000. Please refund the full amount immediately. If this is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to take legal action.
