@StewartWood @MarinaPurkiss Actually it’s a very poor poster. People don’t read details. At a glance it shows the Tory lines going up (positive) Labour line going down (negative). A good poster needs instant impact with no need for the reader to parse complex information. See Satchi and satchi’s 1980s work

@Stanleylady @TTRadioOfficial Well I want to stress it’s not a competition but there is 30 mins for lunch plus a 20 min break and I’m normally away by 315 on Friday so it probably averages out at around 7.5 or 8 once you add in chatting with colleagues. Isn’t that normal for most professions?

@Stanleylady @TTRadioOfficial I think I’m reasonably respected by management and often mentor new teachers. My question is what is my school doing that others aren’t. Or do teachers need to just recognize they have agency and just say no to excessive workload.

@Stanleylady @TTRadioOfficial Is it ordinary? 1/2 I’ve been teaching for 7 years now. Having retrained in my early 30s. I work 4 days a week at a county run comprehensive rated good by Ofsted. I get in at 7 and leave at 430ish. I never work weekends or holidays.
