I refuse to associate with the Kenyan third-world mentality of referring to reckless driving as "matatu culture." It’s the most primitive thing ever normalized. Take an example from Rwanda’s capital Kigali.

You’d think it was somewhere like Banff or Canmore, but this is an East African country with a civilized society, not the nonsense we see back home.

This is how a government-controlled public transport system works: also no hawkers blocking pedestrians, perfectly paved sidewalks, and clean, well-maintained healthy grass.

To become first world, you have to accept first-world responsibilities. Unfortunately, the Kenyan reality is blame games and constant political bureaucracy amplified by tribalism.
