Dulu gas fee Ethereum bisa $10 lebih, sekarang ?? $0.1 bahkan $0.05.

Kalo lo holder $ETH, lo harus waspada dengan ini!!!

Coba bayangin ada perusahaan transportasi bikin harga tiket jadi super murah, misal dari Rp 100,000 jadi Rp 1,000.

Hasil nya ? Bagus keliatan-nya.

✅ Penumpang membludak
✅ Rekor sepanjang sejarah.

Tapi investor ? Rugi.
Tiket ke murahan, company ga bisa untung.

Nah ini yang lagi terjadi sama Ethereum sekarang.

Di Januari 2026, Ethereum process 2.6 juta transaksi dalam sehari (All time high). Gas fee bisa sampe $0.01.

Bandingin tahun 2021 ? Bisa $50-200 per transaksi.

Keliatan bagus kan ? Murah, banyak yang pake.

Tapi kenapa investor Ethereum pada complain ? Mari kita bedah 👇

Tahun 2021-2022, yang dijual Ethereum itu narrative "ultrasound money".

Maksudnya apa ?
Maksudnya $ETH bakal deflationary (supply-nya berkurang dari waktu ke waktu).

Konsepnya gini : Setiap transaksi di Ethereum, sebagian gas fee itu burn atau di-destroy permanent lewat mekanisme EIP-1559 (upgrade August 2021).

Ethereum yang dibakar ini ilang selamanya, ini konsep Burn Rate.

Di tahun 2021-2022 (post The Merge September 2022), burn rate lebih tinggi dari issuance.

Ethereum jadi deflationary.

Formula simple (Catet) :

• Kalau burn rate > issuance rate = deflationary (supply turun).
• Kalau burn rate < issuance rate = inflationary (supply naik).

Proyeksi 2026+, Ethereum inflationary 0.5% per tahun.

Kok bisa ? Karena gas fee terlalu murah ($0.01), burn rate collapse.

Ethereum yang dibakar tiap hari cuma 200 koin. Tapi issuance rate 1,800 $ETH / hari.

➡️ Burn 200, issuance 1,800 = net supply +1,600 koin / hari.

Dalam 30 hari, supply bisa nambah 60,000 ETH. Setahun ? ratusan ribu ETH.

Masalahnya dimana ? dari Layer 2 yang parasit.

Semua orang pindah ke L2, bikin Ethereum jadi sepi.

L2 generate revenue $129 juta tahun 2025. Dan yang mereka bayar ke Ethereum ? Cuma $10 juta (dibawah 10%). Sisanya masuk kantong L2 sendiri.

Jadi Ethereum korbanin revenue buat subsidi L2 success.

✅ L2 extract value, ETH holder gak dapet upside.

Ini kenapa meskipun adoption naik, burn rate turun, deflation hilang.

Belom ditambah dua upgrade gede terakhir Ethereum (Dencun & Fusaka).

Dua upgrade ini bikin situasi makin parah :

1. Dencun (March 2024), blob space bikin L2 posting data ke L1 jadi 100x lebih murah. Bagus buat L2, tapi bunuh L1 gas fee revenue.

2. Fusaka (December 2025), naikin gas limit dari 45 juta ke 60 juta (+33% throughput). Ethereum bisa handle lebih banyak transaksi tanpa congestion.

Hasilnya ? oversupply capacity, gas fee collapse, burn rate drop drastis.

Tapi dari semua ini, ada sisi baik-nya ga ? Ada :

1. Adoption Explode.

Network usage 2.6 juta transaksi / hari itu sejarah. Active addresses naik 41%. Ini nandain Ethereum sekarang usable buat real application, bukan cuma speculation casino.

2. Barrier to Entry turun.

Dulu fee bisa sampe $100, Sekarang? $0.01 gas.

User bisa lebih experiment ekosistem & on-chain apps tanpa takut rugi ratusan ribu cuma buat fee.

Mass adoption butuh accessibility. Kalau fee prohibitive, gak mungkin onboard billion users.

Ethereum yang sekarang competitive dengan Solana yang selalu flex "cheap fees".

Cheap fees = onboarding ramp.
More users eventually = more demand. price bisa up.

Sekarang pertanyaan-nya.
