It’s been quite the week at CicloZone, especially with all the #NewClassDrops we’ve announced… and we’ve got another one for you all, to keep you EXTRA busy this weekend 😉.
The Predator with the inspiring and always motivating John Kwesi Ennim 💥.
Full of challenge style intervals but all at a slow enough pace to bite hard into the muscle tissue and get some REAL strength work out of your legs.
This class will take sheer willpower to stay on the class COL%, so it’s as much a mental workout as it is a physical one.
Great tunes direct the pace, first for 3 tracks at 85 to 90 RPM, before reducing to a more muscle burning 70 to 75 RPM for the majority of the session.
Just enough but not too much effort in this one. But still, do you Dare to Ride?

This is a great 45 minute intermediate session for those days when a low tempo ride just isn’t enough and the engine isn’t quite up to a higher COL%.
Nice combination progressive intervals and step climbs, as well as a couple of longer stints in zone 3 to make sure the legs and lungs get a proper workout without reducing them to jelly.
