Most businesses already have the feedback they need.
It's in reviews, customer emails, referrals, and everyday conversations.
The challenge isn't collecting more feedback. It's listening more closely.
We explored this idea in more detail here: https://t.co/8yNpDafwx2
Here's a branding exercise you can do this week.
Write down the last five times a customer told you why they hired you.
Don't paraphrase.
Use their exact words.
You'll probably discover patterns that belong on your website, in your marketing, and in your sales conversations.
One of the easiest ways to improve your brand messaging doesn't cost anything.
Listen for this sentence:
"We chose you because..."
The words that follow often tell you more about your business than hours spent writing taglines.
From our house to yours, thank you to the generations of brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to the families who continue to carry their memory forward.
