@pinskinator I have friends (disabled) that are hormono dependant and forget to inject themself for like a week or two and gave themself arthritis. It would not be the case if they still had their gonad.

@pinskinator @stealth_riot The fact that you can't understand that you can't control everything that happen in your life is truly astonishing. I took example of possible scenarios I had during my little 24 years of life, of friends and myself. Not every life is stable, a long quiet river.

@pinskinator @stealth_riot Not if you are like disable, with really bad time management and miss the deadline. Or when you want to have it, all producer are out of stock for the entire month and you can't find your hrt or broke the flask or just it's empty.

@pinskinator @stealth_riot yes but you can lose it for like 1 week, 1-6 month, it's possible, and being hormono dependant can be very dangerous and give osteoarthritis for example. So it's totally understandable to want to keep our natural hormonal producer just in case.

@oncloud_e To be honest depending of the language there is also a linguistic origin of using he/him as gender neutral, of course roots in patriarchy. Like in french when transferring the latin neutral gender it used he/him, so can be understandable that masculine can be seen as neutral.

@_Maurice_30 Il utilise la projection RCP 8.5 qui arrivera jamais, c'est l'ancienne projection maintenant SSP5-8.5 qui est juste un exercice d'idée pour les limites terrestres. La projection qui serait pertinente à utiliser est le SSP3-7.5. C'est donc absolument pas des projections réalistes.

@K1000Journalist Une bonne projection a utiliser est la SSP3-7.5 ou RCP 7.5 (qui existe pas vraiment), le scénario le plus probable. Le RCP 8.5 c'est si on arrêtais d'investir dans le renouvelable et qu'on revenait au full énergie fossiles.

@K1000Journalist Je vous en supplie ne croyez pas tout les comptes car ils ont une pastille bleu. Il utilise les projection de RCP 8.5 aka une prédiction qui arrivera jamais, c'est littéralement la projection (enfin l'ancienne projection) utiliser par le GIEC comme exercice d'idée.

@SSi_ero @WhappyRain Yeah if I did not already started HRT with a generalist I would have been in the same case. I used some shortcut that unfortunately does not exist anymore and had the HRT the official way in only 2 weeks. I was sure of my choice since I questionned my gender since I was 15.

@WhappyRain Even without being overweight patches and gel (same area of application), are the least dangerous with the better hormones level; I did gel for 3 years. Technically, injection is the best and most stable way of hrt but most European country, same for France, do not propose it.

@WhappyRain The only real danger would be if with pills and blood cloth, but if it's by gel, patches or injections no danger at all in that area.

@WhappyRain Total bullshit the only problem is that if you loose too much weight the dosage could change but I was 100kg when I started with an endocrinologist. But yeah they say mostly that because they believe that we do not have dysphoria but dysmorphia so ask to lose before starting hrt.
