@Fidomobile When I try calling the number from an international line, I get a “call cannot be completed as dialed” or similar error. I’ve tried multiple times—this number simply isn’t reachable from my location. Please provide another way to cancel my service.

Hi @Fidomobile, I’m abroad and my 6-month line suspension is ended. I can’t call from here and chat couldn’t help. Can you please either extend the suspension or cancel my line to avoid charges? Can I keep my number for reactivation later? Thanks!

@Fidomobile It’s impossible for me to call that number from abroad without a Canadian line. You must offer an alternative. I won’t keep paying for a service I can’t use. I’m trying to resolve this fairly—please help me cancel or provide another solution.

@Fidomobile Thanks, but I don’t have an active Canadian line abroad, so I cannot make that call. I’m asking again: please provide an alternative way to cancel my line or proceed with cancellation on your end. I cannot keep paying for a service I can’t use.
