@SleeperReds Neither

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@SleeperReds Sadly no. Not offensively.

@CharlieG__ @espn1530 @autyelmore Most direct & critical I have heard you be. Don’t misunderstand I think you do a wonderful job. But it is amazing how quickly the fortune’s of this Reds franchise has turned in 3 years.

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@cincy_b This is very well said. And I applaud your mention of MLB & the structure changes the league needs to make for teams like the @Reds

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@CharlieG__ A “platoon-centric position player group” doesn’t get it done in my opinion. I understand resources are tight. But this team has too many holes on its main roster to fill. Players like Hector Rodriguez must at some point be an everyday player for this team to be successful.

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@CharlieG__ Charlie I would really like to get your take on the story in The Athletic about ownership vetoing trades. And then the fallout with ownership sending a statement to The Athletic that they are going to let the baseball people make the baseball decisions.

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@CharlieG__ Problem is they have no one behind or in front of them in the lineup.

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@pookiejones18 Wish I had an answer for you.

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@pookiejones18 I know, I know. Just regurgitating what I read from a reporter in the know. Beats me what is actually happening.

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

For those wondering why the @Reds have yet to do anything, @ctrent provides insight. Apparently our rental players are every team’s second choice.

[C. Trent Rosecrans @ctrent]

The Reds' seem to be everyone's backup plan ahead of the trade deadline https://t.co/hN0Zbu3IPU

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@ctrent Yes but so they have any prospects that would eventually have an impact at the MLB level?

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

If the @Cardinals could bottle & sell their formula to beating Paul Skenes, I can not begin to calculate how much money they’d make. Skenes now 0-5 vs. St. Louis after today.

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@TheMayorsOffice Congrats Case! #ProudPapa

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@OleTimeHardball Reds by far.

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@BBGreatMoments I would lean Expos with Whalers a very close second. Although technically Whalers still exist in the Hurricanes.

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@CharlieG__ Charlie, at least you are trying to come up with ideas. As well as recognize the there is a larger reason why Reds ownership doesn’t jump into the big-spending free agent pool. The issue affects all small market teams.

[Kyle Hines @khines1619]

@CharlieG__ I thought they said structural issues wouldn’t let them move fences back. Is that true or no?

[CincyKid14 ⚾️ @CincinnatiKid14]

@KelseyLConway How much autonomy does he & his staff actually have?
