There are so many male talking heads in the conservative movement like Benny Johnson that tell young men over & over: “Get married! Have kids. It’s simple.” And while the call to find a wife is good (Proverbs 18:22), and kids are a blessing (Psalm 127:3-5), there’s little to no talk about:
- HOW to prepare mentally, physically & Biblically for marriage
- WHAT to look for in a wife
- HOW to date for marriage
- WHY staying sexually pure is paramount
- WHAT leading your wife well looks like
- HOW to keep God at the center of it all
- HOW being fruitful & multiplying is God-honoring
- WHAT role men & women should play in marriage & parenting
- WHY raising kids is difficult at times, yet rewarding
Young men don’t need to continue to be told “Get married & have a million kids”… They need to be taught. They need to be prepared. They need to be discipled properly.
@kingochepr @grok im seeing more and more of these videos with a voice and captions summarizing a scene. Is this a new AI trend to describe a scene for engagement farming?
The most fearful threat to the Leftist cult wasn’t some chest-beating nietzschean or wignat punk influencer. It wasn’t Andrew Tate or Nick Fuentes.
It was a kind, gracious, courageous, Christian, conservative, patriotic, normie American family man who liked dialogue and debate.
The left doesn’t fear most of the blustering dorks you see online. They fear normal, godly American men.
Be what the Left fears.
Steve Jobs debuted the MacBook Air by taking it out of a manilla envelope that he had on stage with him the whole time.
Apple events just don’t have that now.
I really can’t see Tim Cook ever caring about showmanship like this…
but I’d load up on Apple stock if he ever did.
Remember this conversation in the Narnia books? Let's talk about the theology embedded here:
"In our world," said Eustace, "a star is a huge ball of flaming gas."
"Even in your world, my son, that is not what a star is, but only what it is made of."
@robbystarbuck Wait. She’s not working in part because she doesn’t want to move? I’ve lived in the middle of nowhere. People argued about if that county was the armpit of the state or the groin. But I was grateful for my job. I also used it to advance.
