Worst service out of all available AC brands in India. The service executives have literally dismantled the entire unit and then vanished. Daikin is a complete waste of money and time. Doesn't run even 2yrs. @jaagograhakjago

@DaikinIndia No point in spending extra on purchasing this brand. No better than local ones. Infact, they provide better service

@DaikinIndia worst ever brand for Ac. High cost but worst service. Issues begin in a year and then customer is told ....1 team for checking the issue. Another team for fixing the issue coz the first one is useless. Takes 3-4 days to get the issue resolved (if they r able to)

@amol_kop @DocRGM_ Rules made by specific few with zero accountability. Different rules for members of management who are the entitled lot. Increasing monthly charges for miscellaneous expenses. No explanation provided. Outside cars allowed only if visit to mgt member house.

@JioHotstar @reliancejio @JioCare No post sales service. It's been almost 24 hours since a service request was raised regarding set top box not working. Jio cust care REFUSED to provide service. Same attitude for internet issues.

@EurekaForbes as I have not received any response from your end. I am going to register a formal complaint with National Consumer Comission as that is my right as a consumer who has paid for the service along with the product. The company is legally bound to honour it.

@EurekaForbes Despite raising multiple complaints about water purifier, the issue is not yet addressed. If your company cannot provide service then kindly REFUND the AMC amount. Extremely poor customer service.
