One of my goals this year has been to create relationships with my students. We have implemented greeting rituals, morning meetings, lunch buddies, and have created a calming corner in my classroom.
We have been reading Love That Dog by Sharon Creech in honor of National Poetry Month! My students are learning that there are many kinds of poetry and that it indeed is all around us.
When it comes to test-taking, “don’t sweat it” doesn’t come easy. But stress-reducing techniques are vital for student success. https://t.co/yQr6NFARje
