On social media, a new fringe of MAGA America predicts the political future in the stars. The American right already had its televangelists, its conspiracy theorists, and its wellness gurus. Now it has its astrologers too. On the social network X, in the margins of the MAGA universe, an odd cast of characters is looking skyward to read Donald Trump’s destiny. Planetary transits serve as oracles, the stars as polling data, and every celestial movement becomes the promise of a coronation. Peter Novak, alias @PathfinderAstro, is one of the central figures: he bills himself as a “Christian MAGA astrologer, ” with forty-eight years of experience and an unshakeable faith in the American president’s coming glory.

Peter Novak reads Trump in the stars. With him, every post returns to the same script — the irresistible rise of the current White House occupant, the promised fall of the left, and an entire cosmos called upon to validate the MAGA fable. On April 15, he pushed the prophecy into full-blown delirium, predicting Trump on Mount Rushmore, Trump statued abroad, Trump elevated to the rank of world historical figure. The same day, he also announced the end of the astrological cycle that had supposedly carried the left, socialist regimes, and woke culture since 2003, “the date Uranus entered Pisces.” That long astral reign, he promises, is now coming to a close, and everything it nourished will soon be put to the test, then swept away.”

Well, somebody's got to do it. But let's get clear on what I'm defending: Not the absolute cluster fuck of the past few years concerning the negative side of Pisces. That being the lying, cheating, crazy-ass thinking that boys can give birth, that children like being molested, that it's fun to kill your baby, that it's smart to sell out your own country. There's plenty to play with here on that side.
However, to slam one sign for almost even existing is short-sighted and small-minded. EVERY sign has its dark side, but you don't focus on only the dark. If you throw out your spiritual side - that being LIGHT - you have nothing. What I've always wondered is why we haven't seen hardly any evidence of the positive side of Pisces these past few years.
And if Astrology teaches us one thing, it's that none of us are one-note human beings. We're a composite of all the things in our chart. And we grow as our chart progresses.
I have 4 planets in Pisces, but I'm one of the most logical, practical people I know. Don't put me in a box just because I'm a Pisces sun sign. Isn't that like the first rule you learn when you start studying astrology?
