@cineworld Why was it requested? And by who?
Been with Cineworld since 2018, never have I heard of a showing being requested to be cancelled out of the blue, unless there was a screen issue which there is not
@cineworld Hi, my ticket for the Christophers at 17:10 at Broad street is still showing up in the app but the showing doesn’t appear bookable now. Can you confirm this is still going ahead?
@cineworld@cineworld Can you tell why this is? The showing starting at 12:30 today has gone ahead and all the showings this weekend and the rest of next week are still all going ahead.
All of the showings are in the same screen throughout the next week so can’t be a screen issue
@ODEONHelp Hi, I currently have four films booked with limitless.
Space Jam, Normal, Obsession and Top Gun: Maverick
Space Jam is listed as not counting towards the 4 booking limit so why am I unable to book anything else?
I thought this problem would be fixed by now!
@cineworld Will broad Street be getting Laser Projection By BARCO installed in its screens soon?
Wolverhampton have got them now but nothing for Birmingham itself. Would make it more competitive with the Odeon Luxe nearby too
Really could do with an upgrade to laser at least and Maybe 12 channel audio since this is a prime location in the 2nd biggest city in the uk
If you can’t see any changes coming soon could this be passed on to the relevant team/person
@cineworld Hi, any idea if Birmingham Broad Street IMAX screen is due for renovation any time soon?
The projection is still the old Dual 2K Xenon with 6-channel audio. Screen size is 60' x 30.6', not particularly big for an IMAX screen.
@cineworld Hi, any reason why the screening for Bridge of Spies for Spielberg Season has just been randomly cancelled at Broad Street?
Will this be rescheduled at some point?
@cineworld Hi, any reason why there are no IMAX or standard showtimes for Project Hail Mary next Thursday 26th at Broad Street?
There’s just 3 4dx showtimes, is this just an error that will be updated?
@cineworld Hi, should the IMAX rerelease screenings of Akira be free for unlimited members like how The Revenant is or is there still an uplift?
Just double checking as sometimes they should be free for unlimited members but the website/app is wrong and showing an uplift
@cineworld Hi, I am aware that broad street is moving to group 1 but didn’t actually receive an email myself, I heard from a friend.
Any reason why this is?
I’ve been receiving all the unlimited awards season promo emails, just not this one which is quite an important one
@cineworld Hi, now that the Birmingham Broad Street location is a group 1 cinema, will I get any sort of compensation considering I paid for an annual membership in November at the group 2 rate?
