A very well-made film with hardly any dips. It is engaging right from the beginning. The only drawback is that Nandu’s character could have been written with more consistency. All the actors delivered strong performances, and their characterizations are well crafted. The film deals with the caste system and its impact on society in a realistic and effective manner. Not sure why it failed to perform well at the box office—perhaps the Shivaji controversy sidelined the film’s reception.

Many a times you expect a twist in the proceeding but ends flat without a twist making the watch even more satisfying. It beautifully blends love, religion, and human emotions. The climax is superb, and I’m really glad it ended the way it did rather than the way it seemed it might—otherwise, it would have been a depressing ending. Instead, the conclusion is very satisfying. #Savecinema

The best among the Sankranti releases. The constant fun and light-hearted treatment make you forget the minor flaws in the main conflict of the story. I consider this a dual-star movie – one, obviously, is #Sharvanand and the other is #Naresh.

Worst work from @NaveenPolishety so far. Not only do the story and screenplay falter, but Naveen’s acting also feels artificial and doesn’t suit the character. The movie starts on a very dull note, without a single laugh in the entire first half.

The second half is slightly better than the first, only when the story turns serious, but even that feels routine and something we have seen in many films before.

In the end, there is nothing new that this movie offers in terms of fun or storytelling. Box office–wise, this is expected to be a flop outing. Naveen’s goodwill helped in getting a good opening, but this may not sustain. Could be another flop for #NagaVamsi.

Easily the best film from @RaviTeja_offl in the last decade. The movie starts off very slow and picks up pace about 45 minutes in. Vennela Kishore and Sunil’s comedy works well throughout the film. However, the much-hyped Satya track falls flat whenever he appears.

I loved the climax—it felt like the best and most practical way to end a one-man, two-women story. Box-office-wise, I expect the film to be an average earner, as Ravi Teja’s past mistakes may haunt this movie.
