First cow wrangling mission for Cilla. Naughty heifer snuck under a high spot and had to return to the paddock. On the bright side we now know where the fence needs work and that Cilla isn't afraid of heifers!

Newest recruit to the farm Cilla, first job of her new position supervising the start of our shelter belt planting. She is learning on the job about what supervising entails. Apparently a lot of sleeping on the job.

At least the sun is shining after a ripper frost. 🥶 The daily silage delivery was quickly set upon by the mob. Glad we have a good stock pile of silage from Summer, we will use it to fill the Winter feed gap, it has met with approval so far.
