“where’s the update?” the fic writer:

[🔨 Hammer & Nails 🔩 @CircuitSaloon]

Writing is currently on a hiatus. Aside from getting some healthcare and homelife things taken care of, I have also recently acquired a boyfriend.

Needless to say, I'm a little too preoccupied to do much of anything right now, aha. 💚

angst writer VS. angst reader

And THEN!!! I get to wrangle up some beta readers and take in a bunch of feedback that I'm DYING to get!!

That dopamine hit is going to be nuclear for me and I'm so ready for it LOL

Chapter 13 is done!!!!

Word count: 7.3k
Total word count: 54.8k! 🤩🤩🤩

If I keep it up, this manuscript (technically my second official draft) should be/could be done by Christmas (I'm hoping). Then I'll finally be free to start the third draft which is just going to be a bunch of formatting stuff and minor tweaks etc.

IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH BUT CHAPTER 12 IS DONE

After about 2 weeks of no motivation and other stuff going on in my life, I managed to crank out 700+ words today! 🥳

Maybe I'll have chapter 12 done by the end of this month haha 😅

Just wrote 300 words after what I consider a horrible hiatus. It will have to do for now. I'll get back to writing at least 1k in one go at some point. I'm trying to recover from some medical complications and I don't want to push myself but at the same time I just want to write!
