@AmazfitIndia Absolutely outraged by your customer service. Had my product picked up by service team, they didn't fix the issue and parceled me my product unfixed without any formal communication. What the hell is going on here? I request you to please help me on this.

Sent a mail regarding the issue to the support email sent to me in the dm.
Turns out that email is not active and I have been asked to send the mail on a completely different mail id.

@AmazfitIndia Have a dysfunctional Amazfit Powerbuds which I had paid a decent premium for, had it replaced weeks after buying. Now I am facing issues under warranty period and trying to contact support via call and no luck connecting.
