เด็กโดนขังจนต้องขูดเศษผนังมากิน แต่อัยการไม่อยากทำคดีนี้ มองว่าคนใบ้สมองไม่รู้เรื่อง และไม่เห็นแสดง ‘เสียง’ เพื่อขัดขืน

ในปี 1961 ที่เมืองควังจู มีการก่อตั้ง โรงเรียนควังจูอินฮวา โรงเรียนสำหรับผู้บกพร่องทางการได้ยิน เป็นพื้นที่ของเด็กๆ ผู้ที่พิการทางการให้ได้ใช้ชีวิตปกติ อยู่กับเพื่อนๆ ที่สื่อสารภาษามือด้วยกัน ฟังดูเหมือนสวรรค์น้อยๆ แต่ความจริงที่นี่คือนรกบนดิน

โรงเรียนนี้เบื้องหลังคือธุรกิจครอบครัว เป็นมูลนิธิ ประธานมูลนิธิให้ลูกชายคนโตมาเป็นผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน และให้ลูกชายคนรองเป็นฝ่ายบริหาร ให้ลูกชายอีกคนเป็นรองครูใหญ่ ให้ญาติมาช่วยทำ เวลาใครทำอะไรผิดเลยช่วยกันปกปิด

เด็กถูกครูมองว่าไม่ใช่คน เพราะพิการ หลายครอบครัวส่งลูกมากินนอนที่โรงเรียนนี้ หลายคนเป็นเด็กกำพร้า อีกหลายคนมีอาการพิการอย่างอื่นด้วย เดินไม่ได้ เด็กๆ ตกอยู่ใต้อำนาจผู้ใหญ่ใจร้าย ครูที่นี่ไม่ได้มีความสงสารเห็นใจเด็ก ดูถูก ทุบตีนักเรียน ตัดผมเด็ก บูลลี่ ล้อเลียนความพิการ เด็กถูกทำร้ายจิตใจไม่เว้นแต่ละวัน

ครูเลือกเด็กแล้วจับรุมโทรม ข่มขืนจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น จับทำสิ่งวิปริตตามอำเภอใจ เช่น สั่งให้เด็กแก้ผ้าเพื่อเป็นแบบวาดรูป จับเด็กขังให้หิวจนเด็กต้องขูดเอาสีบนผนังมากิน จับแกล้งทรมาน เด็กโดนมัดติดกับเครื่องทำความร้อนในห้องน้ำ ให้อดอาหาร ลงโทษด้วยการจับจูบ ให้ดูหนังโป๊ ให้เด็กด้วยกันทำร้าย บางคนถูกฆ่าหมกป่า คนภายนอกไม่รู้เรื่องก็เอาเงินมาช่วยบริจาค ไม่รู้เลยว่าเงินเข้ากระเป๋าผู้อำนวยการและญาติ มีการคาดการณ์ว่าเงินอุดหนุนและบริจาคปีเดียวมีมากถึงสองพันล้านวอน (สี่สิบล้านบาท) แต่สภาพโรงเรียนไม่มีการพัฒนา เพราะเงินถูกเอาไปใช้ส่วนตัวหมด

เด็กอยู่ในสภาพจำยอม หนีไม่ได้ หลายคนไม่มีบ้านให้กลับ พ่อแม่ลำบากเป็นผู้พิการเหมือนกัน ฟ้องใครก็ไม่ได้เพราะพวกเดียวกันหมด เด็กโดนครูบังคับให้ยกโทษให้คนที่ข่มขืนตัวเอง บังคับให้เซ็นเอกสาร ครูที่จะช่วยเด็กโดนไล่ออก โดนอำนาจมืดรังควาน อะไรเหี้ยๆ มีที่นี่หมด

ปี 2005 มีครูคนใหม่ ครูสังเกตเห็นว่า เด็กคนนึงเดินแปลกๆ ไปถามจนรู้ว่าเด็กโดนข่มขืน ครูเอาเรื่องนี้ไปฟ้องแต่ถูกไล่ออก ครูพาเด็กไปศูนย์ช่วยเหลือ เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นแฉด้านมืด มีสื่อมาทำข่าว เหยื่อออกมาประท้วง พวกครูเลวเอาเอกสารที่เด็กโดนบังคับเซ็นว่าไม่ได้โดนทำร้ายมาอ้าง จับเด็กให้พลิกคำพูดว่าสร้างเรื่อง เด็กไปแจ้งตำรวจ แต่ตำรวจทำงานช้า อัยการไม่สนใจทำคดี มองว่า ผู้พิการชอบสับสน ให้การกลับไปกลับมา คดีถูกยืดเยื้อจนกว่าจะสั่งฟ้องก็ผ่านไปหลายเดือน

มีการบุกจับพวกครูและผู้อำนวยการ พวกครูโดนรอลงอาญาปล่อยมาอยู่อิสระ กลับไปสอนปกติ จะมีที่ลงโทษจริงจังหน่อยก็คือผู้อำนวยการที่ติดคุก 10 เดือน ติดน้อยมากเทียบกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น

นักเขียนชื่อ กงจียอง อ่านข่าวเรื่องนี้แล้วเกิดแรงบันดาลใจเขียนนิยายเรื่อง ‘เดอะ ครูซิเบิล’ หลังจากหนังสือตีพิมพ์ มีนักแสดงเกาหลี ‘กงยู’ ได้อ่านตอนเข้ากรมทหาร อ่านจบรู้สึกคับแค้นใจมาก เขารู้สึกต้องทำอะไรซักอย่าง ติดต่อนักเขียน ติดต่อผู้กำกับมาสร้างหนัง ติดต่อนายทุน ตอนแรกนายทุนไม่อยากสร้างเรื่องนี้ เพราะมันหดหู่ กลัวขายไม่ได้ ผู้กำกับที่ยอมมารับงานคือ ฮวังดงฮยอก ผู้กำกับสควิดเกม แล้วหนังของคดีนี้เลยเกิดขึ้น

หนังนำแสดงโดยกงยู มีนักแสดงเด็กที่ฝึกภาษามือมาโดยเฉพาะ ผู้กำกับใช้เทคนิคการถ่ายทำแยกส่วน ไม่ให้เด็กถ่ายทำร่วมกับผู้ใหญ่ในฉากรุนแรง พอฉายในปี 2011 กลายเป็นปรากฏการณ์ คนดูทั้งประเทศ ประธานาธิบดีเกาหลียังไปดู จุดกระแสให้คนเรียกร้องให้มีการรื้อฟื้นคดี และมีพยานลับคือ คนขับรถโรงเรียน ที่ทำงานในโรงเรียนมา 20 ปี เขียนบันทึกทุกอย่างไว้ คนดูหนังจบก็ร่วมลงชื่อเรียกร้อง สุดท้ายผู้อำนวยการเลยติดคุกเพิ่มเป็น 12 ปี และโรงเรียนก็ถูกสั่งปิดในปีที่หนังออกฉายปีเดียวกัน

ภายหลังมีการผ่านร่างกฎหมายโทกานี ยกเลิกอายุความสำหรับคดีอาชญากรรมทางเพศผู้พิการ (เท่ากับผ่านไปกี่ปีก็นำตัวคนร้ายมาลงโทษได้) ให้การเอาผิดคนร้ายล่วงละเมิดผู้พิการ ไม่จำเป็นต้องพิสูจน์ว่าเหยื่ออยู่ในภาวะที่ไม่สามารถขัดขืนได้ ไม่มีการอ้างว่าเหยื่อส่งเสียงมั้ย ขยับตัวมั้ย คนพิการโดนล่วงละเมิดก็คือโดนล่วงละเมิด

Based on everything I've been reading lately, the bottom line is this: Infold has been unfairly targeted and blasted by the local media. We won't say whose doing it is, but I think we all have a pretty good idea who's behind it. The claims that PPG is damaging the reputation of Chinese culture are entirely baseless, at least in my eyes.

Now more than ever, we must stand together and make it loud and clear to the public how much PPG has actually done to popularize Chinese culture globally. It’s the media itself that is tearing down their reputation. Right now, so much relies on our positive feedback. now i understand why the game is bugging so badly... based on my understanding, version 6.0 was actually supposed to include valko but instead of deleting him completely, his files were likely just hidden (?)... during downloading the update b4, the game still downloaded those hidden assets into the game cache

soo when the game tries to launch, the game system detected valkos files, but the interface says he doesnt exist... thatt contradiction create a conflict in the codes, even a single number missing can caused the entire things to error (sorry if tis wrong), which leads to download errors that almost everyone was experiencing yesterdayy (my timezone)

i think maybe the game is crashing and bugging so bad rn bcs its system trying to load something that its also being told to ‘ignore’ (?) or something idk... thats why everyone experiencing hilarious bugs...

also they cant easily delete or remove valkos files entirely bcs it might caused the game to extremely crash out n server error since his data/ingame files already deeply implemented in the games core or live database

andd it might be the reason why the UI layouts are asymmetrical bcs it was already programmed from the beginning to fit all the six LIs (lads was meant to be six but most of you are IGNORANT)

if they want to remove him completely, the game needs to go offline for days or month idk and fix them.. (which i dont want them to unless they #bringbackvalko)
