Rare diseases can cause chronic health problems and be life-threatening. The EU seeks to address them.
The @Cistem_Project funded by @MSCActions has developed an innovative heart-on-a-chip model to treat rare cardiovascular diseases 👉 https://t.co/KuW4k2bHLu

Everything goes well for Christan from @ingenieriauba who is currently visiting BioSense Institute where he is enjoying working on microfluidic fabrication and characterization.
Last week Jovana and Georges from @BioSenseRS gave a presentation about the BioSense Institute and ongoing work at CISTEM project to the colleagues @CherryBiotech. Afterwards there was interesting discussion about future collaborations.
BioSense team is working on TEER measurements with colleagues from Cherry Biotech during their secondment in France. Un grand merci to @CherryBiotech team for hosting us. 🙂🇫🇷
It is time to go back home 🎒 🛫 for Antoni who just finished his secondment at the University of Buenos Aires. There, he spent great time with our colleagues from the Laboratorio de Fluidodinámica working on
microfluidic bioreactors. #H2020#MSCA#RISE#cistemproject
@BioSenseRS team has successfully finished the secondment at @BeOnChip. They did together incredible work towards finishing @Cistem_Project milestones! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Sara and Jovana from @BioSenseRS had a training for the EVOM2 Epithelial Volt/Ohm Meter for TEER measurement during their @Cistem_Project secondment at @BeOnChip. They are working together on TEER measurements on the chips that are being developed for the project. #H2020#MSCA
Sara Joksović from @BioSenseRS learned how to work with Fluigent equipment for fluid control in microfluidics thanks to @BeOnChip. 👩🔬👏 She had this training during her @Cistem_Project secondment in Zaragoza. #H2020#MSCA#RISE#CISTEM
During the last @labTME seminar our PhD students Vira Sharko & Clara Bayona Royo told us some tips they learned during their @Cistem_Project stay in @elveflow
Prof. Guillermo Artana (University of Buenos Aires) gave a seminar about "Microchannel capillarity pumping design", as a part of a @Cistem_Project research. Thanks to @labTME for organizing the seminar!
