5 Reasons Why Every BJJ Practitioner Should Compete at Least Once๐ซก
๐ฅ1. Boosts Skills: Competitions push you to train harder and more focused. Every roll in practice carries the weight of upcoming matches, leading to rapid improvement in your jiu-jitsu skills.
๐ 5.Benchmarks Progress: Competition provides a clear benchmark for your skill level, allowing you to see how you measure up against others. It highlights strengths and areas needing improvement, motivating you to set new goals and continue growing.
