Postman doesn't attempt delivery at all. Receiver waiting the whole day for the delivery. Status updated as - Addressee Absent. Is this a pattern? Or there is no right status option like Failed to Attempt.

@IndiaPostOffice Thank you for reverting. Msg recd - CNEE awaits - delivery NOT attempted - INCORRECT reason updated - CNOR holds CNEE responsible. CNEE present, postman failed attempt. Reason updated is misleading. CNEE always blamed or is it that the dept. cannot 'OWN IT' or is it deliberate.

On 18/01/2026:The driver broke the door mirror of my car while starting the car. On escalating @Driveronhire4u, he constantly started calling. Complaint no.407955 was raised. No resolution, no calls from the team.
