#BREAKING#SupremeCourt to hear tomorrow petitions against CEC Gyanesh Kumar over controversial SIR decisions taken reportedly without the concurrence of two other Election Commissioners.
Bench : CJI Surya Kant, Justice Joymalya Bagchi, and Justice V Mohana.
The petitioners seek reversal of 14 SIR decisions, seek prosecution of Gyanesh Kumar, and an SIT inquiry into SIR deletions.
Top-level Karnataka BJP delegation meeting with DG-IGP M.A. Saleem to urge the police to stop filing and reviewing FIRs against the BJP party workers over Form-7 applications.
On this the Karnataka Minister @PriyankKharge remarked "They are actually saying that complaints should not be filed against people who are giving pre-printed bulk Form 7s. How is it even legal? The people who are giving them are not even BLAs, and even if you are a BLA, how can you give 300-400 forms? Where are they getting the information from? It is being pre-printed. You're getting your name, your address, your EPIC number. And how come only certain sections of the society are included in that? We are just asking who the people are doing it, how they can do it, and if you are going to do that, we are going to enquire, and if necessary, we will file the case as per the Representation of the People Act, 1950, Section 31..."
Justice Nariman laments that the removal of 90 lakh voters in Bengal did not move the Supreme Court enough to stay the SIR process.
"In West Bengal elections, 90 lakh voters were disenfranchised; that is an astounding figure. 90 lakh voters getting disenfranchised did not somehow move the Supreme Court enough to stay this. Out of those who were disenfranchised, some 22 lakh voters actually filed appeals. The others must be people who don't have the wherewithal for access to justice. And of these 22 lakh voters, some 1 lakh voter appeals were decided 93% in favour of the voters. So, you can imagine this was a completely illegal knocking out of the common man, the citizen of India, in order that a government obtains what it wants. And in West Bengal, we saw, it ousted the Government of the day and brought in the Government of the Centre . Now, these are very very disturbing things that are happening in our country today."
Breaking: After the outrage on Targeted deletion of 243 Muslim voters via form-7 deletion, The BJP leader H.K Dinesh has now submitted a confession letter on Oct 1st. The letter says, he is withdrawing the Form-7 objections submitted earlier. Do we need any further proof of vote theft? @DKShivakumar@PriyankKharge@prakashraaj
Muslim Voter Deletion in SIR: The largest, the most crude and the earliest attempt to delete Muslim voters took place in Bihar (Phase I of SIR). Read on.
An attempt was made to delete all 80,000 Muslim voters in just one constituency of Bihar.
The list for deletion of all Muslim voters in the constituency was given to election authorities on a purported letter head of BJP's state headquarters in Patna. The same list was also given to ECI authority by an assistant to local BJP MLA. We caught them at it (See image below).
When we caught them, ECI acknowledged the fraud. Voters' rights were protected as a consequence. But, no action was taken against those who attempted this en masse deletion of Muslim votes.
We reported it in September 2025, when the rest of the country, including Delhi, had not woken up to what the SIR was doing to citizens' rights.
You can read @ayushikar1998 and @vishnun30's investigation here: https://t.co/qKMYVh6HEP
Over 1+ year we have conducted 30+ investigations into the SIR across India, and inside ECI's software & WhatsApp messages. You can read them all here: https://t.co/DABg2pcdEL
We are not done yet. We have more to reveal.

Spare a thought for the BLOs & the children in public schools.
Almost all BLOs are public school teachers. They are expected to do SIR work after school hours & on weekends. No additional payment for this work.
And then we complain about the state of education & blame teachers.
Amid row over curtailing powers of ERO by ECINET centralisation, new options have been quietly added on the portal:
EROs can now clear notice cases without documents or without scheduling hearing.
How it should have been since day 1 in all SIR states!! https://t.co/csWk9UuRhU
I urge all Chief Electoral Officers of states to speak NOW and expose the unlawful acts that they were compelled to commit under S.I.R. on the directions of Mr Gyanesh Kumar
The exclusion of 13,30,00,000 persons (except the dead) from the electoral rolls is a grave illegality
Be brave, and uphold the Constitution of India
It is not mandatory to vote. It is not mandatory to register to vote. But all citizens have the right to vote. If you put these three together, it should be obvious that one person's right to vote is not in any way connected to whether their father or mother had such a right decades ago or exercised it.
All the EC needs is one's own documents to register to vote. And if a person has already done that to get on the roll earlier, it is silly to first delete them and then ask them to do it again simply because their father was not on the roll eons ago.
As a result, in searching for everyone's fathers, the EC has itself been the father of needless harassment. And for this madness, they pulled hundreds of thousands of teachers out of schools and made them conduct an exercise that has nothing to do with their jobs, while the students who depend on them were left in the lurch.
The whole exercise is a disgrace.
If 'left out' voters can re-enrol by simply filing a Form 6, why was this not pointed out to the Supreme Court when it was hearing the West Bengal S.I.R. case?
Lakhs of voters were excluded, from the electoral rolls in West Bengal without due process
The Supreme Court ordered constitution of tribunals to hear Appeals. Lakhs of Appeals were filed
The judges toiled for six months. They were able to dispose of approximately 1,26,000 Appeals. 91-93% of Appeals were allowed and the names restored to the rolls
Was all this a waste?
If re-enrolment can be done by simply filing a Form 6, it appears that the West Bengal exercise was a complete waste of time and money
Crores of rupees were spent in excluding 13,30,00,000 names. Now crores of rupees will be spent on re-enrolling the 'left out' voters
Who is responsible?
October 1, 2026: ECI launches emergency drive to re-enrol "left-out electors."
September 29, 2026: ECI met all CEOs; two days before this letter.
The meeting happened because the deletions were indefensible. But notice what this letter does NOT do:
❌ It does not restore deleted names automatically.
❌ It does not acknowledge the Form 6 was illegally modified.
❌ It does not name who authorised the ECINet change.
❌ It does not answer why the IIT audit was blocked.
❌ It does not explain the 1.36 crore logical discrepancy in the database.
It just sends BLOs door to door.
You deleted 13 crore names, and your fix is knocking on doors?
Form6 can’t be filled by a deleted voter. It’s only for NEW voters. All those who have been forced to fill it have committed criminal offence carrying 1 yr prison. EC officials who forced them are abetters to crime. This press note shows ECI’s abetment!
Scrap all elections held with the faulty SIRs and redo entire SIR carefully slowly, and then re-hold those elections. Your statement below is an admission of fact about what really happened. Sad.
Hello @ECISVEEP@CEO_Maharashtra
Left out voters can use form 6 for re-inclusion as per this report. However form 6 declaration asks to state " I am applying for inclusion in Electoral Roll for the first time " which is not the case.
You are taking wrong declaration from people for re-inclusion. Plz check on the issue.
@RitikaChopra__
If a person goes to the election commission and submits 200 forms to delete the names of voters, the EC doesn't ask - how did this person, who is not part of the official election machinery, determine that these 200 people should not be on the roll? Would anyone really spend their time going door to door to find such a thing, document it and bring it to the EC? Or is it more likely that this is a fraudulent attempt to disenfranchise a targeted set of people?
In our system, this kind of submission is 'permissible', which is itself foolish. But is it not also criminal to make such submissions, especially without the knowledge of people being deleted? @DKShivakumar's protest yesterday was on target to point this out. But why wait for the EC, which is anyway compromised? Those submitting such forms should be charged by the police too @PriyankKharge
Woke up to the news of Mumbai shutting it's Domestic airport Terminal 1. Every day it seems authorities brainstorm on how to make lives of people here tougher. Man, loved that airport. There's something about small airports that feel so accessible and convenient. Like you could take a rickshaw to that airport. Ab jao bc Navi Mumbai ko. Kills of literally one of the few remaining good things about Mumbai.
Whenever I see the likes of @abhiandniyu I am reminded of those traitors who helped a small East India Company enslave crores of Indians for centuries. 🤌🏾
