When I pause and reflect on what His Excellency, President @edmnangagwa has done, I am filled with profound gratitude and pride. His Excellency appointed women on positions of firsts and built an architecture of female leadership at the very apex of our justice,security and technology systems.

· The first female Attorney General of Zimbabwe,Hon Mabhiza,
· The first female Prosecutor General of Zimbabwe,Hon Matanda Moyo,
· The first female Chief Justice, Honourable Justice Elizabeth Gwaunza today and congratulations,
· The first Minister of Defence and Chairperson of ZANU PF, Hon Muchinguri Kashiri,
· And, with humility, the first female Minister of ICT, Postal and Courier Services, yours truly,

These are critical pillars of the State . The President has the courage to trust the daughters of the soil with the highest offices in the land.

This is not about ticking boxes. This is about a President who understands that a nation that excludes the intellect, the leadership, and the moral clarity of its women is a nation flying with one wing. We are now soaring with both.

This is testament that the New Dispensation is not just a slogan. It is a lived reality, etched into the constitutional architecture of our Republic.

To the young girls watching: the ceiling is not just cracked. It has been dismantled. Your dreams have presidential backing. Now go, and build.

Thank you, Your Excellency, President Mnangagwa. For seeing us. For trusting us. For leading a revolution of inclusion that history will remember kindly.
