Blue slip. An informal courtesy extended by the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee to the two Senators of a perspective State to approve a nominee for US Attorney in their state. It is not in the Constitution, it is not a formal process of the Senate.
But----
We have a "Counter-State" (doctrinal term) Revolutionary Movement that has successfully captured several states (MN, CA, NY, IL, MI, NJ, OR, WA, VA) & (we will set aside for this analysis the willing participation of some so called Republican States) the Revolutionaries that are in control of those State Gov't are:
1) denying their citizens a Republican form of Gov't by implementing direct Democracy through mass mail-in ballots and no real safeguards against fraud
2) actively imported millions of foreigners into their states and are providing them logistical support and giving them legal status within those states (they get to vote "locally", and even join police forces), and
3) refuse to protect their citizens from violent Revolutionaries rioting, violently intimidating citizens that support an opposing political or religious view (Christian), and are attacking Federal Officers in the legitimate execution of their lawful duties to enforce Federal laws.
You do not hear any Legal or Constitution "scholars" mentioning Art 4 Sec 4-----of the Constitution...hold that thought.
What does the august Statesman Chuck Grassley do in the face of an ongoing Revolutionary movement seeking the destruction of the Constitution? He holds fast to this informal Blue slip and gives the Counter-State Senators the ability to chose the senior Federal Law Enforcement officer in that state. Chuck thinks it's more important to allow the Revolution to police itself than to suspend an informal process that has long since become a deliberate mechanism to negate Federal Law, to do so and allow a American faithful to the Constitution to be approved by the whole Senate (and likely would be) that is a threat to Revolutionary process----that Chuck is endorsing by holding to this process.
The GOPe are the main actors in a splinter movement targeting the Constitution, the Left / Islam form the violent splinters of that movement. There does not require a formal line and block chart for this to be true, only conformity. If you can't see this, you are part of the problem.
They all are dialectical, as such, it is necessarily true, they share the same "telos" or end goal---the negation of what IS, is the service of what the want to "BECOME". Even if they don't know that's what they're doing. They ARE what they DO. The same logic holds with passing the Save Act. They are making a deliberate decision not to act, which necessarily (yes I've used it twice) leads to supporting the opposition's efforts.
GOPe orient on Hegel in the same way the Left orients on Marx (who oriented on Hegel). That is the "likeness" necessary to create the analogy (GOPe is to Hegel as the Left is to Marx) which we can express formally as two ratios of four terms (GOPe : Hegel :: Left : Marx) switch the terms and the same thing can be said, "A Ruler is to his Sheep, as a Shepard is to his Subjects" --this becomes accurate and precise language b/c we are comparing terms (within a class). Understanding it in this way has far more explanatory power for what we see than getting all mixed up in the dialectical slush of Conservative vs Liberal, Left vs Right, and even overcomes the under-inclusive "class distinctions" are just "differences" (which are particulars) they want you to argue about share the same (universal) and are illusionary. Dust in the eyes. The process by which they "function" are the same, dialecitcal negation of the targeted object, in the case of Blue Slip, the will of the American people as excercised through their President (Executive).
They abuse language to abuse power and are only successful because this type of analysis has been denied you.
The entire leadership classes of the world orient on "Becoming"--Evolution--Revolution--Progress--Liberation--etc
People who live their lives and function day to day in the world by default orient on "Being"-reality--what is.
The battle of Being vs Becoming was laid out clearly in Genesis. You don't have to be a believing Christian or Jew to benefit from the story. Eve made an error. She was perfect, in a perfect place, and the serpent tricked her into thinking she could "become" more. Adam erred in not correcting her error, then compounded that mistake by trying to imply it was Gods fault (he gave him Eve after all). And here we have the principle defined "You can't get a greater from a lesser". And the outcome of the very first dialectic---negation. The fall of man. Believe it to be Divine Revelation or just a story, the message has contemporary relevance.
It is the same principle down through the ages. Our countryman have been subverted, so much so, they are satisfied with the deception and trickery (just like Eve) that have determined their convictions. Grassley knows exactly what he's doing as does the rest of the Senate. And they know if they just use the right words you'll be mad about it, but not sufficiently incensed enough to be dangerous to them or their ultimate ends. If they didn't know before they got there, in order to stay, they had to get with the program. All of them (knowingly or not) conform to the analogy. GOPe : Hegel :: Left : Marx.
We cannot defend what we don't even know is being attacked. We try to show in graphics what I've laid out above. But until people like Grassley are seen for what they are, we will continue to be negated.
