Do you mean Corporate Social Responsibility? Or is there more to it?
Most companies do that too. But we don’t pay offerings and tithes to those companies.
Like I said, I don’t think we are ready for this conversation.
There is no biblical backing for it.
I believe the Church is a representation of the Body of Christ, not a business venture.
I fellowship at PIWC Kaneshie. I am a church member as well.
Even if the Church is run like an organization, it can do better than it is doing now. For a church that gives profit margins to pastors, and even commends districts that generate more profit through tithes and fundraising, it can do way better, my sister.
The Jesus we serve is not tied to all these human interventions.
@titokgh@JamarudenSalifu@weloveghana042 I understood him very well bro.
I only played along.
I couldn't think of any better response to give him.
He said his mind. I hope he really learns.
Who forced corporate staff into the gutters? What does "corporate" even mean? Are they immune to cleaning, or what exactly are you talking about?
The people you are defending are right here demonstrating that they are capable of cleaning. And you’re here saying what?
We all pay taxes. But we also recognize that sanitation is a leadership issue. There’s no debate about that. However, we cannot ignore the responsibility of every individual to keep our environment clean and to help the government. You cannot say that you have paid taxes to the government, so who should come and do the cleaning for you?
@kn_georgie@xghana_ There is a Nigerian flag attached to your profile so it's understandable that you think people working in such institutions owe no responsibility to the state by cleaning.
So who should clean for them.?
You are not serious chaley.
Untill you set the law in motion to prosecute and jail offenders. Forget it. It will only scratch the surface whiles chiefs fill ramsar site lands for sale and municipal assemblies take bribes to allow building in water ways.
No one can do this but the Authorities.
The law must work.
Today is Saturday not Friday young man. Did you see the statement from GA Mants3 on Saturday?
Yesterday was for the security services, today is for the general public which includes them and the foolish people who have decided to go banking when it's not even 12 pm yet.
Keep quiet if you don't have anything to say.
This is the indescipline the government spoke about.
@weloveghana042 Those of you calling her actions unmanned and uncultured, the other banks who closed to observe the sanitation day are stupid right.
We all agree that this issue is a leadership issue but we can not overlook the people's actions too.
Calbank should be fined.
