What a disgrace People Before Profit are - they don't know the meaning of the term "far right". They refuse to answer a question from a journalist in a democracy, thereby exposing their disdain for democracy. Gript isn't far right, but this lot are far left.
@FineGaelBrux But we do NOT have sovereignity of our borders, which this government handed to the EU (with the migrant pact)!
Protecting foreign borders is fine, but not own own!
!!!
Third parties entering schools to promote trans ideology without parental knowledge or consent is profound safeguarding failure. This includes teaching children that biological sex is merely “assigned at birth,” that “gender is fluid,” and disconnected from sex, and that feelings override material reality.
Check out our Guide https://t.co/fDVMH3hiOd
This ideology tells distressed children, especially during puberty, that their discomfort means they were “born in the wrong body,” paving the way for puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and possibly surgery. These interventions can have life-long harmful consequences.
Parents have a fundamental right to know what their children are being taught on sensitive issues on sex, gender, & identity.
Schools and external activists should not be colluding to hide information from the very people responsible for their child’s welfare.
Ideological capture of education must end. Children deserve protection and the right to grow up free from coercive ideology.

This raises serious questions about editorial independency.
Ireland's entire mainstream media landscape is being propped up by Govt.
Whether its current affairs or light entertainment, the Irish Govt are involved.
This is not good.
I think I understand.
Are you talking about the awful 'your truth' movement?
C.S Lewis.
'Recognition of objective moral values is part of what defines us as human beings. Reason must operate from these moral truths. It cannot exist outside of them. The denial of objective value destroys humanity’s moral inheritance and negates one’s humanity.'
Keir Starmer was an authoritarian posing as a liberal. He waged war on trial by jury. He wanted to crush criticism of Islam. He tried to police our fury over Henry Nowak. He had a deep distrust of the public. Thank God he’s gone, says Brendan O’Neill

@HMcEntee@RTERadio1 This gov cares nothing about our sovereignty! They handed control of our borders over to the EU via the migrant pact.
This is about the EU deciding, not Ireland, where our troops go.
The triple lock was a Nice treaty referendum promise & only a ref should take it away.
@HMcEntee@RTERadio1 Absolutely not!
It is about handing decisions on where our troops go to the EU.
There are no circumstances where Ireland would deploy troops without the nod or 'encouragement' of the EU politburo.
As is, we are kept out of other peoples wars.
@declanganley I listened to a good chunk of it on lunch break.
He is so on the money!
'Scientists need to be on tap, but not on top'!
Paraphrasing :
We must take politics back from judges & experts!
Never has the quality for politicians been so low & the need so great.
@griptmedia The UK needs to change direction hard & fast, but won't.
More of the same I suspect, only with better PR ( a VERY low bar after Sir 'Two Tier').
@DavQuinn Perhaps an unpopular take, but he is the only UK PM in my lifetime that I considered to be a 'wrong one'.
He and Leo Varadkar are of the same mould, i.e. doesn't like & can't relate to people & thinks he can push them around via 'the law'.
Good riddance!

“The ABC said the op-ed didn’t meet editorial standards, they said that she (me🙋♀️) made mistakes including saying it is a biological fact that a man cannot become a woman.”
You could silence every woman in the world & it still wouldn’t turn men who claim to be women into women.
