I like this deal for @citrix. Longer horizon to focus on #innovation and it’s pívot to subscription and recurring revenue growth will be good for the company and its longer term prospects. #Tech $CTXS

Today we announced an exciting new chapter for @Citrix. We will become a privately held company allowing us to accelerate our SaaS transformation, increase investment, and expand our platform for secure hybrid work. https://t.co/hnRx1F8VST
I have always admired @Citrix as a company and wish them well under this new ownership structure. Hopefully the combination with @TIBCO will give them the economies of scale that they need to flourish in the marketplace.
.@citrix going private and being merged with @TIBCO provides a more encompassing solutions to customers’ needs making Citrix less dependent on partnerships with Microsoft & Google that although delivered sales did not necessarily build strong brand engagement
A few of my comments on the importance and relevancd of this @GoogleWorkspace news, including their efforts to work with @Citrix for #DaaS and virtual desktops
