Please don't dump your pumpkins!
A myth seems to have built up that leaving pumpkins in woods and open spaces is good for wildlife. Sadly, this is not the case and they can cause huge problems for animals such as hedgehogs when eaten, and bring disease into fragile habitats.
A huge thank you to our incredible Kenley Common volunteers!
Today, they’re out in force helping the Ranger clear around the RAF Tribute blast pen on Kenley Common, making sure it’s in perfect shape ahead of Remembrance Sunday.
