There is no need for Net Zero to cost £5bn - spending that would mean doing it the wrong way! Cash and carbon are 2 sides of same coin. Done properly heading for Net Zero increases margin by cutting costs some of us can show are unnecessary. #bbcquestiontime

@Miatsf this only works when the roof faces the right way. Most UK PV would achieve more if mounted vertically...as a wall cladding. @energygovuk
