@PhillyMayor My legally parked car was hit by a trolley & towed today on 36th/Market bc it was tight for trolleys due to snow. There should’ve been cones blocking spots.Or lines painted to show the width.PPA said at least 5 cars got towed from that same spot. It snows. Fix this.
