Why is this dog being held by Vaughan Animal Services? Gamboa is a 4 year old lab/bull dog mix and an adored member of a Vaughan family. His only wrongdoing was to escape his back yard on July 20th. VAS will not return him, saying he is part pitbull. ⁦@CityNews⁩
