South Mt. Vernon Ave. from Grand Terrace Rd. (top of the hill) to I-215 on/off Ramp will be temporarily closed to traffic on both direction. Crews onsite to remove dirt and debris, work expected to be complete by mid-afternoon.

Colton Fire's - Parade of Lights

Due to a major fire in the Reche Canyon area requiring all city units, the Christmas Parade of Lights scheduled for today 12/11, has been cancelled and will be re-scheduled for a later date. Safety is our priority and we hope for everyone's well-being during this emergency.
All Colton Community Services Programs and Facilities will be CLOSED, Monday, August 21. This includes Libraries, Community Centers, Senior & Teen Programs, and ECE Sites. The Emergency Shelter will remain open until noon, 8/21. Programs will resume Tuesday, 8/22.
