The capitalist vision sees knowledge as a commodity to be bought and sold, and science as a technology to be patented.

But knowledge is not a commodity, and science is not technology.

Science is human curiosity.

And curiosity is not for sale.

I'm thinking that we need to connect urban planning with what is coming with the Metaverse. That should be an important point in Civic Design.

Decentralized applications (or Dapps) are applications that are decentralized, distributed and executed across multiple computers.

For example, Bitcoin and all other cryptocurrencies are based on this theory (probably these were the first decentralized applications).

To create mechanisms to enable participation.

To design inclusive processes.

To enable people from different backgrounds to participate.

To set up ways for people to interact and give feedback on progress.
