The Kericho High Court has ruled that John Chebochok is unfit to hold public office in Kenya.

It is a significant win for survivors from tea plantation communities whose voices are often ignored, dismissed or silenced.

For many of them, this ruling represents recognition, validation and a step toward restoring dignity after long struggles for accountability.
