@mattshumer_ Excellent piece! Tracks very well on automation. Except judgement/prediction. If we hold onto Critical Thinking during the coming storm, we will thrive. Who know? We might even become better humans!
Here is a piece I wrote on this specifically

There’s a lot of noise about AI and brand building. Some of it sharp, most of it hype. The trick is separating what’s actually shifting from what just makes headlines. The evidence tells a more grounded story. 👇

@UberUKI_Support Hi. My mobile is +447720292346. My email is [email protected]. It was frustrating at the end of an evening flight that was delayed to be delayed again after booking an XL car for my family of four with 1 large case.
@Uber watching my Uber driver sit parked while I’m waiting after a delayed flight at Gatwick. Apparently meant to call to confirm people/bags/stops before he deigns to pick me up!?!?
@Uber since when do drivers require me to call them after booking the car to see how many people are travelling, if I have any stops and how many pieces of luggage I have? Why not just arrive when I book an XL?
@Uber just when you thought Uber UK service could not get worse. Landed late with family at GATWICK. After confirming an XL the car did not move for more than 10min on a 4min pick up. Finally called him and he saying he needed to confirm how many passengers and luggage pieces!?
I just emailed my MP calling on them to attend a debate on the Global Ocean Treaty. The government must follow through on its promise and sign this important Treaty into UK law as soon as possible.
Will you email your MP too? https://t.co/xWxLqorxdm
