@dpd_support WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON???!!!! Still yet to have may package, despite on two occasions your delivery driver going to the wrong property!! Gave another address and was told it was be delivered on Friday, now it’s ‘Your parcel is being held in our DPD Local depot’

@dpd_support ah yes yet another no response from dpd! So according to your ‘tracking’ service my parcel was supposed to have been delivered today, but it doesn’t appear to have left your depot. I still have no idea why I cannot simply collect my parcel??
