給料が入ると、モチベーションを上げる物に使ってしまう人が多いですが、実は気持ちの下ブレを防ぐ物に使った方が長期的には効果があったりします。

もちろんモチベーションを上げる物は思い出になりますし、短期的にはパフォーマンスが上がるかもしれないですが、普段から疲れ切っている中に投入するカンフル剤になっている人が多いです。

そのような人は、まずは自分をメンテナンスできる物に投資した方が、長くバッターボックスに立ち続けるという意味では効果があります。

・睡眠の質：遮光カーテン / マットレス / 枕
・体のメンテナンス：ジム / 整体
・仕事環境：椅子 / デスク　など..

回復できる環境を整えると、いざという時にアクセルをベタ踏みしても燃え尽きを防げますし、本来の意味での自分へのご褒美が機能してきます。
