The Mid Rise scheme for buildings 11-18m is due to be announced at the end of March/beginning of April. It is worth starting the process of gathering information now and getting ready to make an application immediately that the scheme is announced.
You may need an EWS1 form if you are a leaseholder or freeholder who is selling your home or mortgaging with a new provider.
