@Slough_Times@sloughobserver The building that is referred to is not the building for which this account is made! Our building next to the station is still unsafe ! Not remediated! Please do not cause confusion ! We are still 3 buildings and leaseholders are expected to pay ££££ to remediate ourself !
@SarcyMoo It’s not just black people who are exhausted ;mostly if not every person of colour would already have heard “TO GO BACK HOME”. This is my home, I love this country and I pay taxes in this country that I call HOME - there’s no where to go back to! #stopracisimenoughisenough
@myseasoninhell@MrCladding@Conservatives@BorisJohnson If I decide to end my life because all of this ongoing tensions because of a home that was suppose to make me feel safe and now has ruined me, please note that the 322 people who voted against the bill & our prime minister are the only ones responsible! #EndOurCladdingScandal
@MrCladding Ya today was the day, and I found out I did everything wrong in my life started working with 16 and bought my first home with 27. Wish I would have dropped out of school at 16 and on benefits with 27, at least I would not be bankrupt and living in a remediated safe home
Today is the day that the Fire Safety Bill is back in the House of Commons.
For the last 3.5 years we've been waiting for the government to do the right thing.
Today, it's down to our MPs. We hope, with all our hearts, that they will vote to support us.
#EndOurCladdingScandal
@LiamSpender Still doesn’t help leaseholders who are trapped , hopeless and have no way out. I don’t have the time to wait for politicians to make their mind up. My neighbours and myself don’t know where to get the money’s required from. So bankruptcy it is..
91/ It will be interesting to look at voting record. There is obviously a sizeable rebellion or abstention here. Gov't vote was way down on what would have been expected, showing depth of feeling from inside Conservative party on this.
@MrCladding Shocking! Clearly this gentleman has no idea how #EndOurCladdingScandal has effected so many thousands in London! @ShaunBaileyUK I will ensure that nobody in my family or friends vote for you! Shocking!
63/ @ShabanaMahmood says the issue before the house is simple: should leaseholders be forced to pay for issues not of their own making? All of costs attributable to cladding scandal are down to failures of developers and successive governments, not to leaseholders.
MP after MP making the clear case that asking leaseholders to pay for fire safety defects that are not their fault and are not affordable is morally, politically and legally indefensible - let’s hope the Government listen this time #FireSafetyBill
