then tell me it's in 'high demand'
and it'll be a MONTH for it to arrive,
but the refund will take a WEEK,
meaning I can't buy the item elsewhere because I'm skint and disabled.

Their delivery service sucks for a while now.
I hate the bags they deliver in instead of boxes. Something's crushed every damn time.
At least they've been good about refunding for damaged goods.
