@IcelandFoods 4 emails, 6 phone calls & 2 promises of manager call backs to try and resolve a complaint! No email reply, no calls from managers & still no further forward since March! Absolute nightmare! It shouldn’t take 6 months and counting to issue the promised refund!

@MartinSLewis I have 19 month old twins & I have already thought about this! If I give anything, it will be will be a tub of chocolates or biscuits for all the staff to share instead of individual teacher gifts! Afterall, school isn’t just about the teachers - what about the support staff?!
