Especially being held against her will by a "revenue & protection officer" when she was able to prove her age. But as I don't own my own company @VirginTrains doesn't care.

She was held at Manchester Piccadilly for 40 minutes with staff claiming "anyone can fake an IGO card". Disgraceful behaviour by train staff @VirginTrains
