@HMRCcustomers Thanks but that’s the number we have been trying, the self help is automated and just directs back to the SA1 form. Spent so many hours trying to get hold of someone, do you have a call back service? Not sure how to get it sorted if we can’t get hold of anyone!

@HMRCcustomers Tried filling in an SA1 form a number of times online (prior to 5.10) and kept getting email saying incomplete or incorrect (but didn’t say what the actual issue is), then last one did we didn’t hear anything (so thought ok), then week later got same email that somethings wrong

@British_Airways just been allocated seats for flight at weekend. 3 year old in 4C, will either the child or one of the adults be moved to be sat with them as per your website? 3 year old is a good flyer but I don’t think someone else will want to be sat next to them!

@SW_Help is there a printed timetable for Monday 19th? Need to go from HDE to WAT, app is showing normal timetable, your website shows different times but when I click through to buy a ticket it reverts to normal timetable. Also no advance tickets?
