@hotelsdotcom I have private messaged you several times and I have been given vague information which does not correlate with the info given by the Hotel group.

@farhank127 @hotelsdotcom Can i ask how you managed to get a refund? I have been pursuing this for several weeks to no avail. They have stopped answering my correspondence now- would not recommend or ever use @hotelsdotcom again

@hotelsdotcom https://t.co/WO7jW2vTJT cancelled my trip...offered a refund, then i was told i would only get a voucher, which can only be used in the same hotel. This is no use to me. Customer service appalling and still waiting on a senior member of the team contacting me. Altogether awful!
