The Irish Government and department of education should acknowledge their failure for a lot of people like me and issue a much needed #apology..
Life isn't fair and I'm in a lot of emotional and psychological pain. I'm doing my best. I'm exhausted but God is my strength. I have handed everything that I'm struggling with and unable to forgive to Him because I'm not strong enough to carry it alone.
Some of my bullies in college and school never believed I was autistic when I told them. They still believed the stereotype the autistic people have a certain physical appearance
Perhaps they were confusing autism with down syndrome...
Yes, I was self diagnosed for a few years but a psychologist confirmed what I believed was likely true for me in October or November 2014 when I was 23 years old. I'm fairly certain I have more than one neurodevelopmental disorder and developmental delay but I don't know what they are. I'm not sure I want to bother being diagnosed now that I'm in my mid 30s.
I'm beyond the years where any help would benefit me and because of this, I missed loads of developmental Milestones that the children being diagnosed today with these conditions receive the help for.
The first I ever even heard of autism I was 17 or 18 years old in secondary school in 2008/09. One of my teachers asked me if I was and I said no because I didn't know what it was. I always had special needs but my parents never told me I did. I don't think they understood.
I just thought I was offered the chance to drop Irish and do computers instead as a subject in 2004 by my principal Ms Wyer and my Junior Irish teacher, Ms Kane because I was bad at the subject and didn't understand it at all.
I never knew I had an intellectual disability and neither did my parents. Nobody really knew about these things in my generation or my parents generation because they weren't talked about. Now, years later I have developed several mental health conditions from the after effects of being bullied right up through education.
I and many others, were failed by the Irish Government, education system and by "supposed friends" who the majority of them turned on me bar one of my childhood friends during a time I was severely cyber bullied and bullied in person by three different years of students in drama school in Colaiste Dhulaigh College of Further Education this included two college tutors in 2013 who believed rumours about me being homophobic when I was an LGBT ally for years since my friend Leanne came out as bisexual.
Please keep me in your prayers. I'm scared of what my future holds. So far life has been very challenged and difficult to navigate

Realizing how insignificant I am on this planet is both scary but also so very freeing. What I mean by this is that all the pressure I've been putting on myself to succeed in life like most people do has literally just fallen away. Billions of people have existed yet most have been forgotten. I can relax and know that I am only a ripple in the cosmos and yes, I have both affected people and been affected by others in various ways. But ultimately, I am free to be myself while putting my best foot forwards.
I want to make a difference in this World, to help those who have similar struggles as I have mentally, spiritually and emotionally.
There is so much more to life than becoming wealthy and/or famous. I have been striving so hard to be seen as a good person because I feel judged by society. This feeling of being scrutinized has led me down a path of emotional and psychological pain I can't even begin to explain. I pray and I do this a lot. I pray for everyone that we all find peace. But sometimes I hope God will punish those who have caused me extreme grief. I understand this stems from unhealed pain and I don't mean it, or do I? Those who have hurt me are successful while I've been left behind in spiritual distress.
This is where the joy of insignificance in the last few weeks has blessed me. It has brought me to a dark night of the soul and ego death. I no longer pray for myself and now, for the most part, pray for everyone else because we all know how a smile can hide a multitude of pain. It is not for me or anyone else to dictate how someone should or shouldn't suffer.
I'll be honest and say that I never understood hate or where it comes from until a few years ago when I was in my late 20s (I'm now 34). Now I know it is when the love we have for those who have hurt us causes us pain to feel it. It stems from pure ego. Love is light but the pain is heavy. Release your pain. Listen to 325hz healing music. It will help heal you on a spiritual level.
We all are precious to God. He wants us here. Our journeys are mapped out before we are born and sometimes we agree to it. Including our suffering, to grow and evolve on our souls journey.
Diamonds are forged under extreme pressure but are also imperfect before human tools shape them into their man made form. Many remain hidden but it doesn't reduce our value. The same goes for all of this planets inhabitants. Including humans. All are worthy of grace and forgiveness, including self-forgiveness.
Learning to let go of control is the scariest thing for the ego because the ego likes to have the reigns in our little personal worlds.
Let go of control and embrace all of life's ups and downs. These pains will pass when we return to the light when we pass on. God has a plan for us. Trust him. Trials and tribulations will come. Fear not for we are being guided by angels and other celestial beings of light that we cannot see.
