"All of us have a responsibility to get this report heard and implemented" Prof Sir Ian Diamond at #SudlowReview launch. The review stresses the importance of data to address health challenges & how to overcome barriers. Read the report here: https://t.co/urX0P1oSih
@DanMissailidis That it is possible to get better. But once you are better,it is horribly hard to talk about what helped. There seems to be a rhetoric that if you recovered, you didn't have CFS/ME.It is a horrible, horrible illness & we should be trying to help more people get better/giving hope
Take it in. The first female chancellor. The first housing secretary who's actually lived in social housing. The first education secretary who was on free school meals. An energy secretary who actually believes in aggressively fighting climate change. Not a bad afternoon.

We so often complain about the lack of press about healthcare science and understanding about healthcare scientists... but are we making ourselves known to the press, ready to answer the call, knocking on the doors?
Dr Claire Bithell challenging us to get involved in communication, engaging with public, press and policy makers, to bring the changes needed for the NHS. You can have a voice! 🏴
